I had a Great experience while having my visit . The assistance was great, very pleasurable to speak with as well as they their job. The young lady at front desk that was helping me was very pleasurable, kind and I could tell she's was very knowledgeable of her job. However, I wished that those at front desk personnel would reframe from not speaking Spanish in front of patiences. I feel it to be rude, especially when I understood that the young lady was referring that someone was STUPID. Marianna was the absolute best at what she do. I was in a time crunch and need to see a doctor, like. I didn’t have the time to wait weeks for an eye physical. She went the extra mile to get me the help I needed in a timely fashion. We need more customer service representatives like Marianna, true professional.
They recently installed check in kiosk. I put my driver's license and it scanned. The kiosk was locked up then. I was able to start over again on the other kiosk. After my appointment the bad kiosk was still in service, but not working.Today was my checkup. The kiosk worked, scanned my license and insurance card. One of the things I like was they keep updating their equipment. I had a scan of my eyes with a new camera system.
