Don't consider this agency if you're seeking care for your love ones or employment . This is a very shady and sheisty company‼️My 79 year old father who has dementia was sent a caregiver that took total advantage of his condition. The caretaker's name is Chavelle she is still employed by divine home care services and the people that manage this office whose names are Abby O. and Gwen don't even care they instantly took the caregivers side and made condescending remarks towards me. My name is Maria WilkesI called the office to inform them and my clients that my car was down that I couldn’t make it today or tomorrow, I even offered to take the bus but my clients informed me that It was to cold and they would wait until I return. I called the office and asked who my supervisor was so that I could let them know what my clients said. I was told that’s not important. The care givers didn't show up just as often as they did. They were supposed to be there 4 times a week to help my Dad. At least twice a week, they wouldn't show up or call off after they were already supposed to be there. Dad would call the office, and they would apologize and say we'll call you back. Most of the time, they didn't. There was never a replacement sent that day, which was no help. The reason I gave them 2 stars is that when they did show up, they did a decent job.
