Great experience! My daughter and I were satisfied with the service. This was my daughter's first salon experience and she felt comfortable. The braids were neat and not too tight. Will come again!

If you’d ask me to rate this shop base off my first experience. I would give It 10/10. My daughter has been here three times as of today and I’m disappointed one whomever I booked with was not the one who actually did my daughters hair. I paid $65 for a style that came out just ok but the stylist was definitely annoyed and mean to my daughter. I saw her aggressively sit her into a chair and since I was outside I am not sure if she was yelling at her. But my daughter was snot nose crying when I came back in. I'm usually satisfied for the last two years. My daughter's appointment was Thursday December 1. I booked with Andria. When we arrived I was told that someone else would be doing my daughter's hair. It would have been nice to know this in advance. I would have cancelled because what's the purpose of choosing who u want??? The braids looks good but she put so much moose in my daughter's hair. Her scalp is white and still after three days is still white and some of the braids are hard. I've never had this problem before. I'm totally unsatisfied.
