David was great!
He was timely professional, and so knowledgeable.
But not in a way to scare us completely. He told us the good, bad, and the ugly and then broke down what he needed to for us to understand.
He was serious enough to get the point, but friendly enough to carry a conversation.
Highly recommended, and I would definitely use him again.

Reviews
We are very pleased with the inspection of our new home. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. We appreciated how quickly he was able to fit us in since we were on a tight schedule to close. Also really valued advice on ways to maintain the home in years to come. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend this company before buying any property. I'm buying a new building for our growing company. I want to make sure it's a sound investment. After the inspection David sent me the full report of his findings. I was amazed at how many little things I would have missed. Thank you David for the professional report and saving me money too.
