David is very thorough, professional and patient explaining what he finds and looks for at a house inspection. I felt more comfortable knowing about even the smallest issues, deferred maintenance issues and have a to do list for the future and what to keep an eye on. The photographs for a reference is a great aid for some more complex inspection issues for a home owner that is not used to doing a deep dive in details. Highly recommend to anyone, as you will have piece of mind before getting locked into a money pit! Thanks David!
