I did permanent makeup for my lips and eyebrows with her and I’m seriously so happy. She’s insanely talented and just such a positive, full-of-energy person. I just had my eyebrows and lips done by Victoria. I’m extremely happy as both are so natural looking. I was very hesitant to have this done because I didn’t want to look “made-up”.
