I was extremely fortunate to be able to get an appointment with Neurology here when I suddenly lost the ability to see from my right eye. Before Loyola, I had went to many clinics, the ER, seen different specialists, but received very vague answers with no treatment plan. I was losing hope in being able to lead a normal life again as pain set in behind my affected eye. However the department of neurology here changed everything. I love Dr. Rottier in orthopedics. He did a surgery on my left foot 11 years ago. And at the end of March 2023 the same surgery on my right foot. He took extra steps to insure a healthier healing process. This first foot 11 years ago I had issues and needed 2 surgies done. This time he was overly cautious so I would not have to experience the same situation. He's kind, respectful, answers any questions I had prior surgery and after surgery.However to reschedule an appointment was so difficult. I had to reschedule an appointment since I was in another state and had flight problems. Went for an MRI. The tech Mark, I believe was awesome and very good at his profession. The place was clean and all went well. They said get there at 4 for a 4:30 appointment so you can fill out a few papers. It only took 5 minutes to fill them out. I did not get in until 5 though. Typical to wait a little for these things though. He went over all the dis and i t"s methodically which I was grateful for. No tvs in the waiting area.
