Amazing day spent here. The amenities were unbeatable. It was clean and, when i went, empty. I was 1 of 4 people using the pool room and there were multiple chairs open. I visited on a Thursday mid afternoon. They have showers and items to do your hair after. The staff was friendly and it smelled amazing all over!!
Came here for the first time on a Wednesday. There is ample parking in the parking garage, which also happens to be free. If you come here on Wednesdays, there's also 20% off of any service and all services that you choose. Keep in mind that your bill will also automatically add in 20% gratuity I've never been to the original in Wisconsin, and this was my very first trip ever. I will say it did not start smoothly because although they were five people at the front desk, nobody was helping us or acknowledging us and then finally a lady spoke to us and said she could not help us check out. I have been to this spa several times and have never had a bad experience. The therapists and staff are are so friendly and professional. My services have always met my wellness goals. I am also so pleased about the spas decision to include more eco-friendly tools in the locker rooms, like the wheat straw combs and brushes.
