“I'm hoping that by writing this review, I can spare somebody the trauma that I went through trying to heal my acne scars! In the beginning, I had SEVERE deep acne scars. It got so bad that I didn't even feel comfortable leaving my house. I have probably been to every establishment that offers these types of services in the Chicago suburbs. I didn't realize it was such a cut throat industry! I feel like I have been hustled to the extreme! I wish it didn't take me as long as it did to find this establishment. They prioritize results over sales. From the beginning, Rebecca was transparent and felt that it was very important that I understood everything that we were doing, and, why. “I got married a couple weeks ago. I am living in Kentucky but we had our wedding in Illinois. The week leading up to our wedding I got my lashes done by someone in Kentucky. I asked for soft natural lashes but received chunky dramatic lashes. I asked her to fix them and she did but they still looked too dramatic for my liking. Feeling defeated I just accepted that I wouldn’t have the lashes I wanted for my big day. Two days before the wedding I started to lose my lashes in large clumps, to the point that I had less than 30% of my lashes. Panicked I quickly googled local lash techs and came across Red Carpet Lash & Skin Spa. Their portfolio was impressive and reviews looked very promising. I quickly called and Beata answered, I told her what had happened pretty much begging and pleading to take me in in less than 24hours. Beata went out of her way to figure out how to squeeze me into her busy schedule, spent time removing lashes and adding lashes to achieve my desired look. The whole time she made me feel heard, seen, and welcomed. After she spent hours to perfect my lashes I had to suppress happy tears when I saw her work. My lashes went from chunky and dramatic to soft and elegant. I couldn’t believe how beautiful they turned out! I felt ready to walk down the aisle! I can’t recommend going here enough.
