I ordered flowers for our 50th wedding celebration. We were having a family dinner, but I wanted it to be special. The table was very long and seated 20. Carol created a beautiful long low centerpiece using the same kind of flowers I carried on my wedding day, and two additional arrangements to balance out the table. The flowers arrived promptly as promised and were just beautiful. I highly recommend using this florist for any occasion as I have in the past and have never been disappointed.
I placed an online order for flowers to be delivered to my mother in law for a belated Mother’s Day. I added on a balloon and box of chocolates as it was an option on their website. The flowers were delivered without a problem, but the bouquet itself left much to be desired in appearance. Additionally, my mother in law did not receive the chocolates nor balloon. I followed up with this company 4 separate times via phone to receive either a refund or the items I purchased to be delivered. Despite promises for a follow up they have not rectified the issue. I wouldn’t recommend buying flowers for delivery service here.
