Great experience with this Mercedes shop. Ownership is fantastic. They’re honest about what needs to be done, explain the work, and clearly know these vehicles inside and out. Turnaround time is extremely reasonable, and pricing is fair with no surprises. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust and this is one of them.
After visiting three other reputable Mercedes/BMW specialty shops who were unable to pinpoint the cause of a warm-start rattling noise on my M276 3.0L engine, Benztek was the only facility that delivered an accurate diagnosis and a precise repair without the typical guesswork or upsell.

ABSOLUTELY TRUSTWORTHY AND WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!!! I have been taking our cars to Benztek for several years and I have NEVER doubted their advice or had a bad experience. Mike is extremely honest and professional, which everyone knows is very difficult to find in this industry. Rating Benztek with only 5 stars is actually insulting, they deserve 100 stars!
