I would highly recommend Marc to anyone needing computer help. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. He fixed not only my computer and printer issues but also downloaded files from an old computer that we weren't able to access any longer. If you need computer help, Marc is your guy.

I called Marc after getting nowhere with tech support over the phone. He was so nice and listened to my problem. Since I have an old laptop that is probably not worth spending a lot of money on any longer, he gave me advice an easy external fix to tie my laptop over and didn't charge me. I greatly appreciate his genuine help.
