Great service. Staff was amazing. It was my first time at a spa, and I was amazed by the quality of service, they made feel at ease. The massage helped with my sciatica pain, which had been bothering for a while. I will definitely be back. Recommended.

Overall great experience. Reception was amazing and friendly. Their staff is very knowledgeable and approachable. They answered all of my questions and worked out all my problem areas. Their friendly staff was able to explain what my problems were and even pointed out areas I wasn’t aware of that were bad. I also received advice on stretching techniques. I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend everyone visit Refresh Spa.
