I was lucky enough to work with Joel Hymen as my real estate attorney as a purchaser. I had a horrible real estate agent who eventually just did nothing to further the process. It was a nightmare, but Joel was always there for me. He'd respond to e-mails and calls, and keep me updated. He was honest and forthright for me, and never upped his fee, even though I KNOW he did a large part of my agent's work for her. Joel is the absolute best. I am a first time home buyer and he made sure everything was taken care of properly. He responded quickly to emails and made me extremely confident going into this purchase. I definitely recommend Joel!
