I had a bad experience on my birthday a few years ago with the woman who cut my hair. Ashley happened to be working and stepped in to graciously try to save the situation.She was kind, patient and extremely caring .She helped come up with a hair care plan to get my hair back to where it was and betterI've had her cut my hair in the years since and she is just wonderful.

It’s a great place for haircut. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They have tea patience and spend enough time for each customers doesn’t matter if you are adults or kids. Sometime they are short of staff but otherwise it’s not so long waiting. When compared with other locations this location is really better specifically by staff and waiting time. It’s a great experience to come here. This is situated on Deerfield Road & Milwaukee Intersection in front of Woodman’s food. Price wise this is little pricy but they send coupon most of the time so don’t forget to signup online with them. They have lots of products available in their store. I got my hair cut there a few days ago. I walked in, there was only a 1-minute wait. My stylist Toula did a nice job, she was very nice and patient. I'll likely return for my next haircut.
