Let me start by saying this hotel has amazing staff. I have stayed here over 10 times as it’s close to my work and the receptionists and breakfast staff has always been so kind and willing to help. Their service alone is the reason I choose to come back.
The shortcomings are in the rooms. Out of the 10+ times I’ve stayed here, 4-5 of those times I have had to get a room change due to insects. Most of the times it’s ants in the bed or the nightstand/desk. The other few times it’s been very large spiders. I stayed in July 2025, and after returning to my country, Saudi Arabia, in August, the hotel withdrew $1300 from my Visa card. I contacted them, but I haven't received a response as of today, March 2, 2026.
Great hotel and staff. The only thing that definitely needs work is the internet. I barely have enough connection to write a review. Expect to rely on cellular internet if you stay here.
