The advertisement of a heated pool is a floor dryer that makes the pool room warm. The pool is very cold and I would not recommend a night swim after the temperature has dropped.
The restaurant they advertised is a kitchen for breakfast that is an extra cost. The bar never opened and what they had advertised on the sign is a small selection of common beers on tap. They had local breweries beer but we didn't get to try any as the bar area never opened.
