As a new patient I did not have high expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. They were part of my VSP vision plan network so I gave them a try. The facility, Dr.Dzubur and Joann were fantastic. Joann is caring and professional. Joann ensured that my vision was corrected and my contacts were comfortable. I had Lasik surgery 19 years ago so correcting my vision is a challenge I was picking up my glasses and a customer had an issue with his frames. He bought off brand frames and he had issues with the quality of the frames. The doctor heard the conversation with the receptionist and he immediately resolved his issue. I bought frames by Versace and they are wonderful. I chose designer frames because I wanted them to last. I highly recommend Total Eye Care/Family Eye Physicians

What a great place to buy fashionable glasses. Laura is terrific! I recently ordered glasses from Total Eye Care, but didn’t feel comfortable in them. Laura helped me select another frame and cut the lenses from the first glasses to fit the new frames. I had new fantastic glasses in 15 minutes, without additional cost!
