You have to drop into one of these classes....than you will never leave Avani yoga or Sky Fitness for that matter. My favorite is gentle. The studio is really spacious and well designed which makes your experience even better. Oh... and did I mention they also have FREE Hot Yoga in a separate Agni studio? A must try!!!
Avani Yoga has the best yoga instructors! I was never a fan of yoga until I came here. They do a great job of making yoga a fun, relaxing, and challenging experience. The instructors are always willing to help everyone achieve their goals. The studio itself is also kept very clean, and has great brand new equipment!
Avani Yoga is a beautiful 1500 Square Feet yoga studio with AMAZING yoga instructors who make yoga fun and challenging for students of all levels. Avani Studio is located inside Sky Fitness, an upscale health and fitness facility located at 1501 Busch Parkway in Buffalo Grove. Stop by and experience for your self. You will be happy you did!
