Today was my 3rd visit with Dr. Cress. I was an athlete from 5 to 30 years old. I broke my foot in 2019 and then covid hit so I finally was able to rest my body. In this rest my body finally stopped actively hurting and was replaced by a dull ache. I took this as a sign that being active was bad, if after 20 years of chiropractic visits to the old style of cracking a back and sending me on my way didnt help then this was the new normal. 3 weeks after starting this new journey I have been taught how/why I'm in pain. Dr. Cress is an incredible capable and incredibly kind physical therapist. He cares deeply about all his patients. I came to him with a lot of shoulder and arm pain and he quickly tried many different therapies to find the appropriate one that would work for me. He was persistent about solving the problem and focused on getting good results. On top of that you can tell how kind he is to his staff and his patients. I would highly recommend him and his office!

Amazing full body shop. Healed me during nursing with my first child. I kept raising my nursing up and created stress in my neck. Has also helped when my TMJ flares or extreme work stress kinks up my neck and shoulders. Their Infrared sauna is so needed.l, even more so during Chicago winters
