Being a weight lifter and exercising person I have been receiving deep tissue massages for many years now. I went to the Althea Day Spa in Buffalo Grove several times now and I highly recommend Joy and Sophia as excellent masseuses who are extremely skilled in great massage techniques. The massages you will receive will leave you pain free and every couple of weeks wanting to return for more!! My experience there is so great and I will definitely recommend them and I will be back for more in the near future. At least 2 per month is so good to keep the aches and pains we have in our bodies.
