I had my brothers wedding and my dress did not fit. I took it in two days before the wedding and they got it all tailored up in less than 5 hours. Seriously great customer service and wonderful people!

I had an Smartwool merino t-shirt base layer rip under the arm pit and a pair of Fjällräven Vidda Pro Ventilated Trousers torn up along the side of the Cargo pocket from taking a one-wheel nose dive across gravel. I decided to see if they could be repaired because it is not cheap gear. The repair price was very reasonable and they did an awesome job, very friendly too. I am very happy with the results, exactly what I asked for. I can barely tell the difference between the two underarms of the T-shirt and I explained the pants are utility protection for crashes and how I would like them to look after, that security and durability of the pocket and withstanding future...read full review

Susan did an excellent job hemming & altering my rehearsal dinner and after party dresses for my wedding in Dec 2022. She also prepped my husband’s suits and tuxedo, and altered my mom’s rehearsal dinner and wedding dresses. I had my wedding dresses preserved here, too. Susan is very friendly, talented, and prompt. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend!
