Outstanding service! I took in my MacBook Pro to have the battery replaced. Ken asked some additional questions, provided a fair price, said it would be ready in 2 to 3 days. The work was done in 3 days and the MacBook is working like new. Truly outstanding and professional.
Fancy blinking RGB fan lights on my computer I ordered online (not from here) would not turn off. I could not find the cord/setting that would disconnect the lights (I'm above average with computers). I just wanted them off permanently without turning off my fans. Brought my PC to this joint unannounced. Asked the guy at the counter (Ken) if he could find a way to disable just the fan lights. Ken opened my computer, worked for 5 min. Said 'all done'. I asked how much I owed, he said "No charge". Will use them again!
i brought my computer in for repair and Scott actually re-jiggered and made it better, beyond what it even was when i brought it in. and very reasonable prices as well. highly recommended!
