I have been with nova lines For over one year it's been great. My dispatcher max is top notch. Every job comes with a few hiccups and with trucking. It's usually due to repairs, but you have to understand it's all part of it if I have a breakdown Nova is fast to take care of it and get me back on the road.. But I usually do not have any breakdowns.Or mechanical failures because the equipment I have is new and I make sure and do my post trip and pre trip to prevent breakdowns. As a new hire here at Nova Lines I’ve been in orientation for a few days and everything been going great. Julianna who’s over the orientation was very helpful and made sure everyone had a clear understanding of the business and everything we signed up for as a driver. Eric who’s the driver trainer made sure we went over all the safety protocols and how to properly secure loads. Overall Nova Lines shows the importance of the driver by interacting with each driver one on one to get to know everyone personally and what they are more comfortable with to see what best fits them as a driver.
