Highly disappointed and angry. Purchased a new furnace and AC at the start of summer. Had a tech out for a couple of issues after install. Was told that the duct work under the furnace should have been replaced BEFORE the installation. This was never mentioned to either my wife or myself by both the sales rep and the installers. Four Seasons has been "kind enough" to offer us 25% off their quote of $3545 (to fix their mistake/over site) by removing the newly installed equipment, replace the duct work and then re-install. If this had been brought to our attention before the equipment was installed, we would have been happy to work with them to ensure the furnace was installed correctly and safely. We have also had issues with the AC not removing enough humidity from the air and having to run the system at a much lower temp to have any level of comfort. Apparently, they are not the experts they claim to be and customer satisfaction means nothing once they have your money.
