Such an unprofessional employer, there have been multiple times that different employees are on their phone, and the people who actually are willing to show up and work have to pick up the slack. Especially a man by the name Patrick today was on the phone while operating an excavator.If at any point an employee comes to you with a complaint about another employee as a manager or business owner it is your job to investigate, and look into the matter not just take their word for it.
