First time client. Made an appointment online with Kate. I arrived, checked in and my wait time was about 12 minutes after checkin. I told Kate what I wanted for a haircut and she did an amazing job. Very quick, professional and no issues. Asked if I needed any other products or services, made sure I was happy with the cut and cashed me out and I went about my day.
Overall first time was great! I do plan to return as I’m very happy with the service and pricing.
