I have a pretty bad back and I am always sore, so I am always looking for a great deep tissue massage to help with my pain. Elizabeth was the first light handed massage therapist... THAT WAS ABLE TO GET THE KNOTS OUT! Usually I leave unsatisfied if the massage therapist is light handed.. It is definitely a skill to be able to knock out knots and also make the experience relaxing.. I honestly didn't even know it was possible! So she made it to my top massages and changed my whole experience. I just enjoy the feeling of giving my body a well deserved treat for my muscle and mind. It puts me in a state to help stay stress free. It’s like having the bad stuff pushed up and out of your body. Mentally I walk out feeling rejuvenated.
