Safety issue: nail tech grinded my skin around my nails with the rotary tool in multiple spots. I was bleeding after my nails were painted. The tech brushed cuticle oil on my nails and said he was sorry that I was bleeding, but my cuticles are dry. That cuticle oil and brush get used on multiple clients. It should neither have touched my bloody fingers, nor should it be used on anyone else with my blood in it. I have been to L'Amour many times. I've had great experiences and a few rough ones. Never have I been left with so many cuts after a manicure. I will Never go back to L'Amour.
I came here because I needed a fill-in and my salon is closed on Mondays. Today marks one week, and I look like I desperately need a full in. After one week?!?! Nope. That shouldn't happen. I shouldn't have cheated on my nail tech because this other woman had me looking horrible. The pedicure was great!!! Tim used to be the best here.
