“I am not going to lie but we had some difficulties with T Photo Photography, but in the end we were content and pleased to do business with Mary.
Mary and her photographer business were hired at a local coffee shop to snap pictures of children with Santa, $10.00 for a 5x7. For us, we had 3 kids and we each wanted an individual picture and a group picture, grand total of $60.00, 6 pictures. Note, capturing children with Santa is tough, especially when the child does not cooperate — but that’s what makes professionals, professionals. And I want to give props to Mary, she was working non stop capturing each special moment, she tried hard to make the child/children smile, she did all this for a couple hours, with no hesitation and a smile on her face. The best part was the wait and smooth transaction. It was honestly the best experience, if it weren’t for the coffee and cookies we would have been there for approximately 10-15 minutes.!
When we first got our order we were the least bit content. Long story short, when Mary finally understood our concerns she went out of her way to fulfill her commitment and did so by providing good customer service.
If you’re reading this review, please note I may have had a difficult time, but I would definitely hire Mary to capture our precious life moments. Yes you read that right.. I would and will hire her in the near future. Mary captured all of the kid(s) best moments, during a crazy busy time, provided a great price with quality prints, and good customer service, by satisfying customer needs.“
