I'm now going to call out Brittany from Toetally Miraculous Co. That operates in the Northfield Square Mall in Bradley/ Bourbonnais. She doesn't know how to handle customer service or support reasonable special needs of a person who is physically challenged. After a discussion in which she first gave a mild insult, we came to an agreement about how to get paperwork she requires, ( for a pedicure? OK then) I told her I was stepping away from the conversation. After that point she posted that I apparently didn't want to talk to her, canceled the appointment and blocked me.
