Bourbonnais campus staff was wonderful to me when I was there for the first time ever for a scan. Front desk young lady (I apologize I don't recall her name) but she thanked me for completing the e-sign in through the MyChart app. I didn't expect a thank you, I thought it was an amazing feature to have and would just make things easier on both parties. From that point, everything about my visit was a breeze.

I've always had good experiences going to this lab/xray. They're way better and more organized than the kankakee lab. I still go to the kankakee one when I have to. Always clean and good wait times. There are also other offices in the first portion of this building as you enter.
