Can someone please tell me why they said they'd call me back in 45 min I went up there to see if they had looked at it after hour and half they were closed now I don't know what's going on with my phone since they never called me back in hoping that I can find out what's going on thru here since there's no website? I was suppose to go out of town tomorrow I was suppose to leave at 9 now I have to cancel so I can b at the office at 10

I’ve been having issues with charging my iPhone for about a month now. I finally went in to see if there’s anything that could be done to fix it. The gentleman told me he could clean out the charging port, it’ll be done in two minutes, and it’s free. After he finished, he told me he has a specialty tool to clean out charging ports and he’s been fixing phones for 15 years. I was so grateful; this saved me a lot of money and time. I wanted to at least give him $20 for his efforts, but he wouldn’t even let me pull my wallet out, stressing that that service is always free of charge. Absolutely delightful to work with! Fair prices and OUTSTANDING service! Seem to be very honest in their approach. Got quotes from at least five other places and their prices were very fair! What put them over the top for me is they’re a “mom and pops” business….. keep your money here local!!!
