I am from 8 hours out of town, I had a nail lose its gel top coat. I asked them to redo the top coat, they did a wonderful job and would not let me pay for it. Very kind and thankful for them!
I visited the salon Wed 1/24/24 after leaving my job at Goodwill in Bourbonnais. Anna gave me my pedicure. She was extremely thorough and I was so relaxed that I wanted to go to sleep during the service. Her leg massage technique was the best ever! The only downside to this experience was that even after sitting under the lights for an additional 25 minutes to allow my polish to dry, when I got home both of my big toenails were badly smudged.. I wasn't happy about that but otherwise my experience was great.
I am always satisfied with this nail salon's customer service, they always show enthusiasm and gentleness in communication. Besides, the manicure process is quick and always effective
