Ulta Beauty is a large store offering a wide variety of beauty products from over 500 brands. Customers can find cosmetics, fragrances, skincare, hair care, and more. The store also features exclusive brands not found elsewhere. This is a clean and well stocked Ulta. It is a great Ulta location in a pretty cool shopping center with lots of employees everywhere who are exceptionally charming, professional, and knowledgeable. The staff is SO NICE and helpful, treating all questions seriously to help customers find the things they want.
Liz provided truly excellent customer service! I had visited about a week earlier to pick up my Dyson Airstrait and was having trouble finding the information for a Happy Returns return. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and reassuring, telling me to take my time and even helping me look through the order details.
When I returned today, she immediately remembered me and what I had been trying to find—which made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Liz is warm, attentive, and amazing at what she does. She is an absolute asset to this Ulta location!

Had an EXCELLENT experience with 2 people in particular at this location. I recently moved to the area and was looking for someone to do my brows and Cynthia is now my go-to girl! I had my eye brows laminated by Cynthia who did a great job shaping and bringing my brows back to life.
One person I want to give 10 stars to is Denise. I booked Denise for a makeup lesson because I was not feeling confident in myself or my makeup skills. Denise was fantastic.
