I love the "guy going through the trash" one star review. Well, maybe he is looking for something to recycle which would be good for the environment. We have a lot of recycling guys going through our property looking for free things in the trash they can make money of and I appreciate what they do because it is good for the planet. Now as to Sebert. We've been using them since 2011 I think. One can buy better service so they aren't the company that will do everything that can possibly be done. But they are competitive when it comes to price and we value this. I think they provide reasonable maintenance at a reasonable price.
