We had what appeared to two technicians from two different companies to be an unresolvable problem with our furnace. Each did the basics and then contacted their respective managers for ideas. We paid for one to wait on hold for technical support 10 minutes! We paid $200 and then $279 without resolution.
Then Zack Horn stopped by to prepare a proposal. We went down to the furnace and he just listened to it and said “something doesn’t sound right “. Ten minutes later our furnace was repaired. Holy Cow, was I impressed! I offered to gladly pay him for the repair but he wouldn’t take our money.

Technician was personable and did a great job. He was neat and left the workplace clean. He paid attention to detail and made sure the system was fully operational before leaving. No complaints.
My furnace guy retired, but left a way to connect with another one! I called, got an appointment for annual performance check for the next day. Scott came and blew me away with all he did while here. Great worker! Polite, professional, knowledgable, motivated and thorough. He explained some things to me as he worked steadily to complete the job. I was just very impressed and grateful. I am ready for winter, and I will be calling for Scott next year around this time. Oh and $Fee Friendly$ as well!
