Thom picked us up when my Jeep died on the on ramp to 55 south. I’m heading back to Colorado after a long trip out to IL/WI/IN to visit family and this really was a bad start to the trip back…but Thom made me feel at ease. He was as friendly, kind, helpful and went over and above the standard grumpy tow guy service I have had at other places in the past. He helped me find a reasonable motel and even called the front desk for me to make sure they had rooms available, got a bigger truck so that he could take my two kids with me, and he helped secure my car/roll up my windows when he dropped it off at the mechanic. Quick and professional service! Litawa (i think is his name) was great! I felt like he really understood that having you car break down and your day gone skidways is not a fun place to be. He was accommodating, calm, respectful, and really wanted to help...and he did! Highly recommended! Thanks Heartbreak Towing for helping me get on with my day!
