Super clean & friendly place! I am here somewhat often always picking up a load. Never really busy either. The gate is not that bad and you have plenty of space to get straight before you get up to it, just use your eyes and check your mirrors. Seriously I think people that complain about it are just finding something to complain about. It's not a maze, read the signs and you'll be fine. You go back out the way you came in.

Great pickup. I arrived in the morning for a 1700 live load, they still put me on a door and said they'd get to me asap. I was loaded and gone around 1600 before my appt time. Staff was nice, overall great facility.

My company has a new lane with them and I've been there a few times to pick up a live load or preloaded trailer. The receiving department is on the East side of the building - along with the restrooms. The shipping department is on the west side. Enter by going around the east side and around north. Once there you must provide your DL, trailer number and license plate, and truck license plate. The times I have been there early before my preload they let me get into a door but still had to wait until closer to my appointment time. They allow for parking as well.
