I have been with Alicea Bailey for a little over two years now, and the transformation that I have seen within myself is amazing. I have definitely had to work extremely hard to get where I am today and she has helped every step of the way. She taught me how to handle situations differently, how to look at someone else's perspective, how to cope, and most importantly how to open up. Her Pause, Process, and Proceed technique was the best piece of advice she gave. I helped immensely with everything I dealt with and continue to. I continue, and will continue, to use so many pieces of advice that Alicea gave me.
