I've been suffering vertigo since i was a kid, i finally looked online for a doctor and booked my first appointment. Now thanks to my weekly visits i can finally look up and down without the fear of getting vertigo again, and even if it comes back (fingers crossed) thanks to the doctor i know how to get rid of it. If you suffer from vertigo like i did give him a visit, it might help you get rid of it 😁.
I train at least 4 times a week and it gives me a jump start to my day! Cory is knowledgeable and encourages me to reach my personal best every session. I would recommend him for anyone, whether you just want to become more flexible or you want to train hard core. He will develop a program just for you.
