My experience at Oak Street Health was one of the best experiences with a PCP. The physicians are kind, intelligent and welcoming. The staff is efficient and polite. I came there because I didn't feel cared about by my PCP and I found that in Dr's Aguinaldo and Hallo. Thanks.

After numerous calls and persistent individuals, I attended a first doctor's visit at the Oak Street Health in Blue Island at NO CHARGE to see whether or not I would select this facility for my primary care medical needs. The facility was very clean and inviting. The staff seemed to be very polite, professional and accommodating. Parking needs improvement. The doctor (Dr. O) was very, very upfront, informative, knowledgeable and attentive concerning my health and my health needs. I like the atmosphere / people but I don't know if I'm ready / willing to change after being with my primary care doctor for so many years. I'm🙏, 🙏!!!
I loved the services and the employers that worked with and made comfortable. Dr O is the best and I am transferring my 96 year old Godmother to Oakton and hopefully she’ll be under Dr O’s care.
