I can't recall how many years my family and I have been patients of Dr. Ansel but it's been close to 10 years. I was referred to him by my mom after getting new glasses from another Dr who didn't take as great care as Dr. Ansel and his team. After reading some of the negative reviews it seems like their experience was with a totally different facility because I've always had a great experience with his office. I own a professional business as well. We all have our challenges from time to time. I believe when you have professionals like Dr. Johnson that step in when there is a service issue and offer a resolution, that shows they care about and customer satisfaction....read full review
I had to wait a minute to allow the overwhelming sensations I was having regarding a cataract surgery that left my opposite eye in peril. I try to make my choices in physicians very methodical and logical which led me to Dr Ansel Johnson. I found an optometric home here with Dr. Johnson and his entire staff. The excellent equipment, along with his expertise, and kind sympathic nature makes him a natural fit for just about anyone, seeking a smart, reliable, honest human being, who just happens to be a doctor. My Occular Pressure was high and getting the right prescription or medication was not easy, yet he found the best combination and I am sooooo happy!! If you are reading this and in need of an excellent optometrist go to him guys. You definitely will not be disappointed. Thank you Dr Johnson. Look forward to seeing you once I have my surgery.
