Mellissa is absolutely amazing! I am in love with my balayage. I brought in inspiration pictures, and she brought my vision to life perfectly. She took her time, asked plenty of questions, and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted.
What I appreciated most is that she truly cares about her clients being happy—she won't let you leave until you absolutely love the results. Her attention to detail and dedication to getting everything just right really shows. I’ve been seeing Michelle for years now and always have had a good experience. I have naturally very dark hair and she was able to make me blonde twice. I’ve done tons of fun colors with her and it always turns out amazing. Last year I decided to end the blonde years and grow out my roots and didn’t see her for a while. A few months ago I came back for a haircut and it was the best haircut I’ve gotten in a long time. I live in Chicago and don’t always want to do the commute for the haircut and I always pay more for something I’m not happy with.
