I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for some time now and have always had great experiences…until today. Unfortunately, this visit was really disappointing and left me feeling like I didn’t get what I paid for.
I was seated with what i assumed to be a newer employee. Communication was quite difficult due to a the language barrier, which made my whole experience feel disconnected. More importantly, I paid for a full manicure and pedicure specifically because I look forward to the hand, forearm, calf, and foot massages that are supposed to be included. Mio is the best! I have been going there for 5 years. Chanthy and her staff do such a great job and make sure you are well taken care of. It is not a huge nail glitzy nail factory but a clean, welcoming place and the care and artistry are second to none.
They will take their time with you.
Chanthy can do anything and is meticulous, any design you want.
Her staff are all competent and caring. I recommend highly, give them a try.
They are really friendly , but I used a Groupon and they charged me $10 more for French tip which they didn’t say when I showed the picture. I saw a review where a customer was mad about how they spoke to each other but that’s how they joke with each other. I got my nails done on Tuesday and by Friday the thumb was broken … it was okay overall.
