I visited Mario Tricoci in Bloomingdale a few months ago with a photo and a specific hair color in mind. Unfortunately, after two tries, the results weren’t quite what I was looking for. Earlier this month, I decided to give it another shot and was scheduled with Gaby and I’m so glad I did!
Gaby was absolutely amazing. She truly listened to what I wanted, was incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly knew her craft. She nailed my hair color perfectly, exactly the way I had envisioned it. On top of her skills, she’s also one of the sweetest people you’ll meet, which made the experience even better.

I saw Giavanna for a Keratin Smoothing & she was AMAZING! Super sweet & gave me the look I planned in my head. If you’re a first timer, she’s awesome & has affordable prices.
Manager was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, I don't recall her name. Erica did wonderful redoing my toner and Giavana styled it very nicely. Overall a good experience.
