I have been seeing Amanda for several years. She is warm and compassionate but challenges me when necessary, which is valuable to me. Most importantly, I feel safe with her. She has helped me grow beyond my greatest expectations and I will be forever grateful to her for the encouragement she has given me. I highly recommend her and Inner Balance Wellness.

As a school social worker I am so glad I found this practice! They are easy to work with, always make sure that proper releases of information are in place to make sure communication with schools is wanted and consented to. They always return phone calls and collaborate. In my experience, a wonderful practice to work with.

Love my therapist so much! I’ve been going here for almost 2 years now and I’ll never forget when I started searching, this was the only place that got back to me quickly and it felt very personable. Within 24 hours I was connected with a therapist in the practice and I’ve been with Ashley ever since ? I’m not as mean as I could be, thanks to therapy here LOL.
