My home warranty company originally sent them out to inspect my furnace after I had been without heat for several days. I was cold, stressed, and honestly at my limit — but from the moment I called, everything changed. I spoke with DJ, the regional supervisor, early Tuesday morning. He was polite, courteous, and incredibly professional. He scheduled a same‑day visit and clearly explained what he would be doing during the service call, as well as what to expect from my warranty company if the repair exceeded the pre‑authorized amount or required a full replacement. His knowledge and experience were obvious — he anticipated every question I had before I even asked it. DJ arrived exactly within the service window he provided. He respected my home by wearing shoe covers and walked me through each step of his inspection and diagnostics. I felt completely at ease and confident in his expertise. After reviewing the furnace, DJ provided a repair quote but also explained, very honestly, that my unit was beyond its life expectancy and that adding new parts might not fully resolve the issue. He asked if I’d like a replacement quote as well. I shared that replacing both the furnace and AC wasn’t financially realistic for me right now, even though I knew it would save money long‑term. DJ simply said, “Let me write up the quote.” Before showing it to me, he asked what I expected the cost to be. His actual quote was half of what I anticipated. I was shocked — in the best way. Throughout the day, I called DJ multiple times with follow‑up questions. Each time, he remained patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. My final call was after 6 PM, when I decided to move forward with the replacement. Despite it being after business hours, DJ’s commitment to service didn’t stop. He returned to my home around 7:30 PM with a full crew, and they got right to work. What should have been a six‑hour job was completed in four. My ac went out at 6.00 pm. i called daves.ac tech was at my house at7.30am the following morning. 8.00 am job finished.he had the knowledge,parts,everything with him for the fix. i will always use daves for future repairs or replacement. George T.
DJ and Deon were here for 6 Hours replacing my furnace and air conditioning, they worked hard , very professional and friendly. I did not pick them the warranty company did, but I will continue to use them as I was very impressed!
