Had issues with my car and needed it towed from Bloomingdale to the GMC in Villa Park. The driver Steve was awesome! Very professional and kinda talked me through some of his thoughts on what might be wrong with my car. I was very pleased with the whole ordeal. I had the opportunity to work with Matt from Bloomingdale Rescue & Recovery and he was great. I was having a bad day due to needing a tow, I called his company for service and he came over quickly. This review is for Tim specifically. My partner blew a tire out on 290 and we had to use state troopers to connect up to Bloomingdale rescue and recovery. Tim was so easy to work with. The sheriff quoted us way more than it actually was which was nice. Give Tim a raise. He made a pregnant partner less stressed and delivered our vehicle back at home perfectly. This all was at 12am and was stressful enough so TY TIM!!
