my poor baby was burned so bad that it took weeks for it to heal! i know that it happens sometimes but my goodness, i felt so bad for my fur baby.EDITED: this incident happened years ago but since then i have been very happy with their work. it does happen and saying it didnt, doesnt make it true. i will amend my rating to 5 star as i am pleased with John's work now. i ask for him only, because i trust him to do a good job. (the reason you dont have record is because this is a pseudo profile to protect my identy.)

Cristy's is the best! Wonderful with my dog, one of my dogs couldn't have her nails trimmed without a muzzle, I was spending a lot having the vet do it for that reason. At Cristy's they were able to trim her nails, no muzzle, they are just the best with the dogs!

Christy is the best.... my fur babies are a my children and don't trust them with just anyone. Christy knows what she is doing and treats them like they are her own. I would recommend her to anyone.
