There's a reason they are still around. They are very reasonable with service calls, and give you their honest opinion. If there's a hack that will fix what you have. He will even tell you that. One time showed me how to fix the inside ring of my front load washer with a bike tube patch. Instead of trying to get me to spend 500 bucks on a new seal. It worked another 5 years!
