My mother used Temp Controllers for all heating and cooling needs of her house (in Chicago) for many years, and she always spoke with appreciation for Steve Cuffan's work. Steve always did a great job (even working in a hot attic in August), and was also polite and personable.
I recently needed to call Steve regarding the cooling system. Although the AC system was near the end of a 5 year warranty, Steve responded quickly and did not hesitate to honor the warranty. It turned out the AC system he had installed (nearly 5 years ago) was fine, and I was just ignorant of the circuit breakers. They came out to my residence within 1 hour of my phone call They had my air conditioner repaired the same day.The price on the repair along with the service call was very reasonable.I would recommend this company for air conditioning @ heating repairs or replacement.
Our condo in high rise building and our AC unit started dripping water in the hallway, Temp Controllers were highly recommended and sure enough after contacting Steve, he was quick to accommodate us and provide the replacement for the AC unit with reasonable price and time frame. Steve and his team were efficient, professional, clean and reliable. When we requested help improving airflow in our kitchen he agreed only to make the needed changes when he was sure of the results. I highly recommend Steve and his team for any heating or cooling problems a home might need.
